Helloooo? Is there anybody out there?

Talk to me!

Tell me something about yourself.

Your name?

Any prayer requests?

It doesn't have to be about me ALL the time.

  3. Thanks Jules. Life is better with laughter.

I have a 20 minute speed workout for shorter distance races. Do it one day a week. Sprint as fast as you can for 60 seconds and then a 90 second recovery. This can be walking or jogging. Repeat this 8 times for a total of 20 minutes.

Half marathon, go to halhigdon.com and get his half marathon training plan. It got me through my first two successfully and healthy. It's also very suitable for a busy mom of five.

  4. Pray for my sweet niece living away from home in Tx, that she would make good choices & decisions and not get mixed up with the wrong crowd. I appreciate it.

  5. You got it, Cate. I will pray for her everytime I pray for Nate that exact same prayer.

  6. Patsy, I am not sure if you will see this. Sheila told me about your blog awhile back. I read one of your post. I thought about you tonight and wanted to read what you had to say today.
I know you do not know me very well. But I know that Sheila thinks the world of you. She knows that I have been depressed about somethings and she thought reading your blog would help lift me up some. I know about your sadness that you have experienced for I have been there myself. It is good to see how you have placed your Faith and Strength in God. That is what Sheila wanted me to see and read. I have enjoyed reading the post. Thanks Patsy for your Graceful Spirit and love of God and your Family. Shiela's Friend Valerie

  7. Valerie, I know it's rough, but God's stronger than anything. Hang on to him. That's all there is in this life. And it is enough. Everything else is bonus.
