I am spending more time doing cardio then I did when I was running 30 miles a week. I'm waffling with the idea of the cross training getting me ready for a marathon. I just came to the conclusion that if I'm not ready to run in April there's always one in July. But I'm going to keep pressing forward, because there are definite benefits to the exercise and I like to work towards a goal. So I am pushing on. I have felt a little waterlogged, been a little pruny.
